I try to spend as much time on our patio as possible. It is unquestionably my favorite space “in” our home. We have the. most comfortable furniture, but it’s time for a throw pillow refresh. Both of our patios have been small spaces. So instead of buying a larger dining table that seats at least 6, we bought a smaller 4-top. The long term goal for our home is to add a second larger pea gravel patio on the side of the house – we have the perfect place for it. I had one just like it on this tiny balcony (ok, it was actually the landing of my back stairway but I was at the top and made it work) of my Lincoln Park apartment.
